BIO
Rob Cosh is a Reiki master in Ottawa, Canada, who guides inner practices for individuals and groups from the intersection of meditation, sound, and energy.
He has attained his master/teacher designation in 2 systems of Reiki - Usui Ryoho, and Holy Fire 3. He has completed the Inner Journey Facilitator Training program, and many more meditation/reiki/sound healing workshops and seminars.
Rob's journey INSIDE has been almost 20 years in the making, but he continues to seek out learning opportunities in all of these domains.
